FINAL ASSEMBLY LINES:

Segmented Belt Assembly Systems
The system is based on pallet/belt transportation. On the left side, one can see a transfer section for the collection of fault products. The transfer sections are chain driven. Each segment is individually controlled by the operator with a supervising software control echelon.

Each section has it's own drive. This makes the line 100% controllable. When the product is assembled, it exits from the line and the empty carrier returns underneath the line to the starting point.

A special feature in this line is the powering system that makes it possible to test and/or tune the product while it is in line. A safety chord is drawn across the entire line to stop the system as soon there is a dangerous situation.

The system can handle carriers up to 50 kg, can be extended with workstationacessoires and also automated by integrating processes into the cellular system.
