Pick and Place Label printer + Applicator
The System above is a Pick and Place Label Printer Applicator. The unique aspect of this system is the integration of applicator (label placer) in the printer unit. Promass also uses an industrial printer instead of a desktop printer. Sato is a well known Japanese printer and can be considered one of the market leaders in Japan.
Depending on system requirements, Promass can build a dedicated solution for each individual customer
A maximum equipped system would include:
- Sato Printer + Applicator
- X-Y table for PCB/Label positioning
- PC with touchscreen monitor and keyboard
For a lot of applications, a system without a PC and touch screen could do the job !!
With just the possibility to start with "date"+"0000000" and end with "date"+"99999999" the customer would only need a standard LCD screen

Hot Foil Bareboard Marking System

The System above is a thermal transfer hot foil marking system. The benefit of this system is that the mark is of very small thickness, which is better for screenprinting. The mark (or more marks for multipanels) is printed on a foil and then transferred in any homogene color onto the product. The transport system is in thic case a Flat Belt system. Also in this case the system is a stand alone with a Destacker on the input side and a Restacker on the outfeed side.It might as well be an in line system.
This particular printer can also be used for marking items other than PCB's such as connectors, switches and many many more !!!
